Meet Your Instructor

Hello, I’m Allison Vertiz, your instructor for the Scoliosis Movement Program. As a ballet dancer living with scoliosis, I know what it’s like to feel frustrated, imbalanced, or disconnected from your own movement. I’ve lived through the pain, the setbacks, and the moments of doubt, and I’ve rebuilt myself from the inside out. My journey back to strength taught me something powerful: when you understand your body and work with it, rather than against it, freedom becomes possible again. Today, my mission is to help you rediscover that same freedom. Whether you’re a dancer, an athlete, or someone simply wanting to move without pain, I’m here to guide you toward better posture, stronger alignment, and a deeper connection with your body. Let’s build strength, awareness, and confidence together, one graceful step at a time.

About the Course

Move Without Pain: A Scoliosis Movement Program is designed to help you reconnect with your body, reduce discomfort, and move with confidence again. Created specifically for individuals with mild to moderate scoliosis, this program combines mindful movement, posture awareness, and gentle strengthening to support your spine without overexertion. You don’t need to be a dancer or have any prior experience, just a willingness to understand your body and move with intention. Inside, you’ll learn how to release tension, improve alignment, activate the right muscles, and strengthen your core safely and effectively. Each guided lesson teaches you not just what to do, but why your body moves the way it does. By the end, you’ll feel more aligned, more supported, and more confident in every step, stretch, and breath. If you’re ready to move without pain, this is your first step toward freedom, strength, and control.

What People Are Saying

Discover how our program has helped individuals like you regain control over their movement and live without limitations.

I love reading, dancing, and drawing, and Strength in Grace by Zitrev has helped me grow in all the best ways. The dance training has improved my coordination and endurance, but most importantly, it has strengthened my self-confidence. When I first joined, I couldn’t even look at myself in the mirror. Through the supportive staff and the empowering environment, I learned to feel proud of who I am. Zitrev has helped me grow not just as a dancer, but as a person. The courses are spaces where I feel comfortable, confident, and genuinely happy.

Zitrev is not just an academy, it’s a family where everyone truly belongs. The staff, the environment, and the training are all exceptional. Living with epilepsy has always made me very mindful of my health, but at Zitrev, I felt completely supported, safe, and confident in every class. During my entire time there, I didn’t experience a single episode, a true reflection of how balanced, positive, and caring the environment is. Zitrev is a place where well-being is nurtured just as much as artistic growth.
Daniela Maruri.

Student

I came across Strength in Grace by Zitrev and was impressed by its practicality and effectiveness. The strategies create real, lasting results without requiring a significant time commitment, ideal for high-performers managing full schedules.
Paola Ivonne

Student

I saw a clear improvement in my mobility and strength, but the real transformation happened when I focused on the fundamentals. That strong foundation allowed me to progress physically and elevate my performance, even in high-pressure moments.
