The Website and its Content are owned by Zitrev Academy of Dance, The School of Your Pass for a Better You, & Zitrev Your Pass for a Better You. (“Company”, “we”, or “us”). The term “you” refers to the user or viewer of our Website, or user of our products.

We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions on the Website at any time without notice. By using the Website, programs, books, downloads, coaching, and its content, you agree to the T&C as they appear, whether or not you have read them. The words, programs, coaching program, book, workshops, design, layout, downloadables, graphics, photos, images, information, materials, documents, data, databases, and all other information and intellectual property accessible on or through this Website (“Content”) is our property and is protected by United States intellectual property laws.

If you have purchased a service, program, product, or subscription or otherwise entered into a separate agreement with us you will also be subject to the terms of that agreement or those terms of use, which shall prevail in the event of a conflict. Online purchases have additional terms of use relating to the transaction.

NO Refund Policy

Due to the extensive time, effort, preparation, and care that goes into creating and providing our programs, coaching programs, books, workshops, and all our materials, we have a strict no-refund policy. All sales are final.

The Company reserves the right to deny or end your access to the Program and its Content at any time, without prior notice, and at its sole discretion. If you breach any of these Terms and Conditions (T&Cs), your participation in the Program may be terminated immediately, and you will not receive a refund. After your access is canceled or terminated, you will no longer be allowed to use the Program or its Content. The restrictions outlined in these T&Cs will continue to apply even after you or the Company terminate your participation. If you decide to cancel your participation in the Program, you can do so by contacting us via our WhatsApp service on this Website]. You will retain access to the Program materials and Content until the end of your current billing cycle. Please be aware that no refunds will be provided for any unused or remaining days or months after your cancellation.
